The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

Me too! This only seems to have happened within the last day or two. I have not made any changes to my game. F4 does not pop up when pressed.

 

edit: I was able to fix the issue for now! All I had to do was go into the RageHook settings under game settings > command line switches. I then checked the "forced window mode" and "borderless window" options. The game starts and RageHook runs with LSPDFR.
