The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.
[16th April] LSPDFR Enhanced Preview has been updated to include a fix for users struggling to access the PD interior.

So every time I run the game with RAGEPluginHook.exe it will start the game, but then RAGE says it is taking longer than expected and after the game starts it says it failed to start. I have the newest .NET framework and Visual C++ Redistributable. I also have ScriptHook V and the latest RAGE version and it is compatible with my current game version, please help I have scoured the internet and I can't find a solution.
