The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

The problem fixed itself but I still want to know how to fix it just in case. Because this is the third time this has happened. It won't let me upload the RPH.log .
