The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

hey guys, i downloaded the RagePluginHook version 0.62 for GTAV version 1365.
I extracted the files and for some reason it misses a lot of the usual files.
All the folders and the startup files are not there. 
I cant even install ragepluginhook like that. 
Can someone help me?
I attached a screenshot... those are all the things that are in the folder. nothing more...
