I cannot activate lights and sirens suddenly. 

 

I had the setup of pressing J to turn lights on, and B (control) to switch siren tone. Now, its not working. I press J, nothing happens. The AI's are able to use their lights and sirens, which is weird. 

 

This is happening to EVERY vehicle, including Non-ELS. Please help!
