Addon Cars Lighting

My addon vehicles have working emergency lighting, yet lack normal headlights. They are on, but they do not emit any light.

 

I am using the FPIU in the SHERIFF3 slot from Venice Police Department Inspired Pack by thegreathah.

Have you tried using a completely different car, not from Hah's pack to test and see if it's a meta/carvar issue or a vehicle issue?

I put it into the sheriff2 slot and it worked previously but not anymore.

So it doesn't matter what slot, the lights don't work right?  I'd consider a different pack, then.  I did use his a long time ago, but I don't remember if I had the problem or not.

Ah ok, are you aware of any packs similar to this one? Or ones that use similar lighting setups? Thanks.

Unfortunately no.  However, before you replace every single vehicle, go and grab a random police vehicle from the downloads and install it.  Verify if the headlights are working or not. It still could be a meta issue.

Sorry for the late reply, I totally forgot about this thread! I did notice it was a model issue unfortunately so I won't be using it but thanks for the help. Very unfortunate that a great vehicle is in the state it is in.

 

I do however have one more quick (slightly unrelated) question. Is there a way in the ELS VCF to make it so SCAN will go through ALL the patterns, and not just the ones I have listed in the VCF?

Just change the setting you want to scan.  It'll go through all the patterns that it has.

I always thought you could just change the pattern to scan, but after some googling there was nothing about it and I assumed you just couldn't. Thanks for the fantastic support, very much appreciated.
