when i am loading it the screen says 'starting new game' as usual, but it wont get passed that screen, it is not frozen, i can tell because the highlighting goes accross the words. i am using vers. 91 .. i am running as admin.. wind. 7... 64 bit... just downloaded gta iv legally off windows marketplace.
