The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.
[16th April] LSPDFR Enhanced Preview has been updated to include a fix for users struggling to access the PD interior.

Default is left shift and then blip(ex with els you can press j to turn on light several times) to stop a vehicle. Then you get out and press E near the suspect asking the id or questions. To place object on the street you need other plugins, like traffic policer
