I'm looking for a addon that is when you get into a pursuit there's a timer that you have to wait until the next backup unit can help you in the pursuit. If there is that addon can you please send it to me. I will gladly appreciate that.

I know this isn't exactly what you're going for but there is a backup mod that you can change how far the backup spawns. I guess if you want it to be more realistic, you can make the backup spawn really far away or something.

 

I don't think there is a mod made for exactly what you're looking for.
