Weird Green Textures on Replaced Sheriff

So for a while, I've had very weird, green textures whenever i try to use my sheriff slot to replace. The textures end up looking like this: https://gyazo.com/90a796d4d30af5ff2cee00ec657db44b

 

I couldn't find a fix for it, so hopefully here someone could help me out. if you need any pictures of any other files, please ask so i can take a screenshot and post the link here.

    You're using NVR, right?  It installs a dlcpack named NVR EMISSIVES.  Go into it and delete sheriff.ytd, firetruk.ytd, and pranger.ytd.  Now you're good.
