The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.
[16th April] LSPDFR Enhanced Preview has been updated to include a fix for users struggling to access the PD interior.

Make sure Rage is installed to the GTA V directory, and that the original GTA 5.exe and GTA V launcher.exe are in the GTA V folder.
