So I was having this problem when I turned on my game and it said Insufficient Permissions and then I renamed me game to the proper GTA 5, this error stopped but I still had another error.  This error was launching RAGEPluginHook and it saying "Enjoy!" and then a big black screen.  And then is also shuts itself off.  (Crashes)
