ELS Not working. (2018)

Hello, Ive used ELS Before and it does work but one time i had to reinstall GTA 5 Because my game was messed up with mods so i reinstalled it then installed all my favorite mods (Which is in my GTA Mods folder, The folder is my mods backups) So i installed the VCF'S for the cars that was installed, So i ran LSPDFR and tried "J" and "CTRL P" and everyting that was working before is not working anymore, I have a controller which worked with the ELS before, I do have the latest scripthookv and scripthook.net? I think it might be the advancehook but it doesnt work either, Ive read some other forums posted here before and none of it fixed it, I hope someone can help me,

Please admins or highher ups close my post it just worked when i go to sandy shores which is weird.
