I just recently decided to start playing LSPDFR, and have really no idea how to install any of the mods properly. Using YouTube and some of the forums here I was able to drag myself through the installation and some minor troubleshooting to get the game to actually run, along with a few easy to install Plugins. But now I would like to install some cars with ELS and some different types of character skins, but dont understand how to use OpenIV at. I have watch numerous videos and still just cant seem to figure it out. If anyone can help me I would really appreciate it.

If you look up Jersedevl in youtube you will find my 2 videos with very easy to follow steps tutorials for installing ELS and LSPDFR and the other video showing how to do day one installing vehicles. Also my discord name is provided in case you need to pm any questions.
