The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.
[16th April] LSPDFR Enhanced Preview has been updated to include a fix for users struggling to access the PD interior.

So i have a few issues. 

 

1) ELS will not work. Nothing at all happens. I can not get the panel to come up in game, nor does any of the key binds work. I have read multiple treads and have done pretty much everything.  all the lights on the cars stay on all the time. 

 

 

2) Ragehook Plugin F4 will not display the console. 

 

If i could get help that would be great!

    2) Open Rage's settings and check "forced windowed mode".
