New Scripthook won't work.

I installed the new scripthook released on the 28th; however, when I launch it gets stuck at the loading screen.

 

Things I've tried:

• Disabling all plugins w/ Ragehook
• Disabling all scripthook related plugins and just running scripthook
• Doing the previous two things separate and in combination.
• Uninstalling scripthook along with all mods that require scripthook, and running all ragehook plugins (this was the only time the game fully loaded)

Solved - Replacing update.rpf in the mods folder fixed it.
