Run with admin.

If your talking about the troubleshooter I have done that, it tells me it has fixed the error but RagePlugin is doing the same thing. When I load it up.

RagePluginHook with admin

Still saying the same thing.

What antivirus.Try start GTA V then Rage.

I tired it that way as well, I have Webroot Secure Anywhere.

Try turn off antivirus and windows defender.

I just turned all of it off and started it up it did the same thing

Now I'm having another problem with my GTA.exe not launching. that what rage is telling me

 

Its updating apparently out of no where.

Run GTA manually  then run Rage
