The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.
[16th April] LSPDFR Enhanced Preview has been updated to include a fix for users struggling to access the PD interior.

Hey,

I can´t accept Callouts in LSPDFR. The Callout comes and then when I press "Y" nothing happend!? I try using LSPD:FR without mods and with mods for callout but its cant help.

Try this

 

Go into your RPH config console | Game settings tab | Click on the down arrow next to Command line switches | find "Force Windowed mode" and place a check in the box then Click on Save and Launch at the bottom

 

Once the game is loaded, you can change it to full screen by pressing Alt+Enter
