Vehicles not spawning

Is anyone else having issues having mod vehicles spawning into the game after the most recent update?

Nope.  Just today I was adding in modded vehicles and thus far, all have worked fine.  Where are you installing them to?

I'm installing the DLC Packs like I normally do and nothing is working anymore... I tried using the newest patch day and nothing was working there. I used to use patch day 17.

and you tried patchday18?  When you say nothing working, do the vehicles spawn as vanilla cars, or do they not spawn at all?
