Hi, I'm running Win 8.1 , 64bit w. NVIDIA drivers

 

 

Every time I launch RAGE plugin I get this error https://gyazo.com/63dac62f7228312b9eaa402d3322a659

 


I looked online but I can't seem to find a solution.

I thought maybe I had to un-block the files in PowerShell but that didn't do anything to help.

 

 

I've restarted my PC already so I'm at a loss of ideas

 

Any help is appreciated.
