The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.
[16th April] LSPDFR Enhanced Preview has been updated to include a fix for users struggling to access the PD interior.

I've installed LSPDFR yesterday, till today only dispatch/callout i get is Grand Thief Auto, Suspect resisting to get arrested, and pursuit of armed suspects. I believe there are more dispatches/call out than this.

Base LSPDFR comes with only two-three, you need to install callout plugins to get more.  You can find these plugins in our downloads-->plugins section.
