I just started with LSPDFR the other day and recently installed everything. Everything ran smoothly.

 

I wanted to add Police Smart Radio, I followed Albo's video and downloaded the arrest manager and traffic policer. Then I added the Police Smart Radio. Every time I go into the game and push F4, the console doesn't open and the game freezes.

 

Please help!
