The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.
[16th April] LSPDFR Enhanced Preview has been updated to include a fix for users struggling to access the PD interior.

Hello all,

 

I am assuming ragehook probably released a update in response to the GTA V update, but I am unable to check their website cause it is not loading for me for some reason right now. Does anyone have a 3rd party download link or something they could send me if there is an updated version?

The RPH website is down for maintenance.  The last update posted on their Discord said it should be available today (Sunday).

 

It is against Rage's TOS for RPH to be released anywhere else aside from their website, so no one can upload it for you.  You'll just need to be patient.
