Can't see RAGE Console or Police Smart Radio

When I hit F4 in game the game pauses and the RAGE Console is there, but I cannot see it. Same story with the Police Smart Radio as well as the window box things that pop up. The game said something about DirectX? IDK I'm still new to this

Open Rage's settings and check forced directx11 and forced windowed mode.
