What is this siren called? Any resources / downloads?

This Video contains two interesting sirens that are sometimes heard but I never could find out their name  — they sounds different than the common ones like wail and yelp

 

The first tone appears at 1:41, 1:45 and 2:44

The second appears at 1:26, 2:21 and 2:39

 

anybody know what these two tones are called? And do we have any downloads for those tones available somewhere?
