Incorrect Installation?

So I followed a detailed video to install LSPDFR. I have everything that I need in my folders. when I go to launch it with Rage I get an error. it says that the rage plugin is installed in the wrong folder. But the folder it suggest it be in is the same folder its in. I deleted everything and reinstalled the game and tried again but I'm getting the same message. Can anyone give me some insight on this?

 

I ran the troubleshooter by @albo1125 and it came back with 0 errors. The log is shown...

Do you installed rage plugin hook which was with LSPDFR or Did you downloaded from official website ?.If that's the case uninstall rage plugin hook and install it from official website.
