The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.
[16th April] LSPDFR Enhanced Preview has been updated to include a fix for users struggling to access the PD interior.

Hello! Linked below is a skin I am trying to install. I am pretty content with it except a couple little things. I am currently using one of the multiple faces provided that have a strap on it. Since I currently do not know how to keep the round hat on 24/7, I see my character with no hat and a random out of place strap that is driving me nuts.

 

Could you guys take a look and tell me what I should do? I want to replace it with the normal faces.

 

Also, my other issue is I have no idea how to keep the state trooper hat on at all times. If anyone figures this out, I'd love you if you told me what I needed to do!
