Reading this forum I noticed, that this is a popular problem.

So here is my case. Firstly I downloaded LSPDFR, essential mods, even last script hook, then I installed all of that in order LSPDFR-ScriptHook 0.61-mods.

And it crashed at the stage called "Loading and Populating Game World". Okay, next step.

I deleted all files, made file checksum.

Then I installed only LSPDFR and got the same error. 

Then I installed only Script Hook. And what? Error again.

Then I tried to force windowed and borderless mode, I think I tried everything on Youtube, and there is no solution.

I tried to launch the game first, and only ONE time ScriptHook began to work. But when I arrived at the police station, script crashed again.
I'm out of solutions. Any ideas?

Solutions, which I tried:

1. forced Windowed and Borderless

2. Run RAGE SH as Administrator

3. Win7 Compatibility mod

4. Turning off Gaming mod (I have this setting in W10, but there aren't any options to turn off, it shows that my copy is compatible with this mod, so IDK how to turn it off)

5. Prevention of using online vehicles in offline is always off.

6. Multiple reinstalls of LSPDFR, Script hook, and mods. 

7. Starting GTA V first and then RAGE SH or even starting RAGE only after story mod already loaded

some updates.

After reinstalling the game, reinstalling all plugins, RAGE SC started to work only after I fully loaded the game. It shows that LSPDFR successfully loaded. I got to the police station, began the shift, but there is another problem -- none of my plugins didn't load at all. I'm losing hope yo make this mod work.

And also if I start up RAGE hook first, game still crashes when trying to load lspdfr main plugin. 

And here is the solution, maybe I am not the one with such a problem.

My antivirus was deleting temporary rockstar social club files, so I turned off an option called something like "check files after saving", and now game loads perfectly.
