Windows 10 crashed (blue screen) Now alot of weird audio issues. Anyone?

All was fine and dandy, then windows crashed to blue scree and restart. Ever since I have weird audio issues. Alot of popping, alot of lost dialog in game. Dispatch is silent. Anytime I issue a traffic warning, no dialog. The game in general acts very odd. Any ideas before I begin the daunting task of fresh install

Since your computer blue screened, and all the problems started after, it sounds more like an issue with your PC.

I did a fresh install of gta v and laspdfr. Tons of lag, freezing, graphics issues etc.. Virtually went from 110% trouble free to doa. I dont get it

Hard to say, as I'm not an expert with hardware.  My point though was that all this started after it blue screened.  Check your PC settings, make sure nothing to changed or reset.
