ELS Refuses to Work

Hi all I've been trying to get ELS working properly with ELS supported vehicles for the last 4-5 hours. My problem is that the ELS.asi doesn't start according to logs.

I've also installed the vehicles into the most recent dlcpack aswell so that isn't the issue here.

I am noticing something odd with your files.  You have ScriptHook.dll and ScriptHookV.dll, and then you have AdvancedHook.dll and AdvancedHookV.dll.  To my knowledge, ScriptHook.dll and AdvancedHook.dll are not part of the mods. ScriptHook.dll doesn't even come with the official SHV download, so where did you get these?
