Issue loading LSPDFR/RAGE

*This may be a RAGE problem, but I can't find help from them*

I recently installed LSPDFR and am not able to get it to work at all. As soon as RAGE trys to load GTA itself crashes and this appears:

I would also like to note a couple things. First, I only have Windows Defender installed and it's disabled. Second I have tried not updating RAGE and updating, but neither work. Finally, RAGE does not turn on automatically, I have to open it manually. 

 

Any help is greatly appreciated! I will be on my computer only a little bit more today, but for sure will be back tomorrow.

Please, I would really like some help with this. I have tried doing a couple things to fix it and none have worked.

Try running GTA V then running RPH. I don't know why, but it seems to work for me.
