so when i try pull someone over i do as i got told with the commands but they always stop middle the road etc so i try make them find a better spot but then they just start drive away and straight into walls etc. 

 

 

i have all the mods etc traffic policer etc all those to make it better

 

+ when i stop someone the traffic behind stop dosnt drive by

    You're using ELS, correct?  Go into the ELS config and change ELSTrafCTRL to false.
