When you say crashing before loading LSPDFR, do you mean on the actual loading screen, or once in game?

If you remove LSPDFR, does it work?

What directory path are you using to install them?

Don't use those, hey no longer work.  Use patchday 17 or 18, whichever is the highest patchday you have.

Can’t use the latest ones because they don’t have the cars I need to replace in them

That doesn't matter. :)  The cars don't need to be there in order for the replacements to work.

You're welcome. :)

That didn’t work either and I tried just putting the original update folder no changes at all and it crashes but when I delete the mods folder all together it loads up

Alright, redo your mods folder, please.  Make sure you include update/update/common/data that contains the gameconfig.
