Hey guys,

I just got a new computer and am having a slightly annoying issue that I'm dealing with.

My buddy gave me his graphics card which is a Radeon 380 so I didn't have to buy one.

The issue is when playing GTA V with my Shader quality set to high I get flickering particles when myself or AI crashes into anything. Although when I put the shader quality to normal the flickering goes away but I get really dim ELS lights.

I'm wondering if there is at all a possible fix to this issue.

I appreciate all the feedback and welcome any help.
