Plugins inside Plugins-->LSPDFR load automatically as you go on duty, you cannot set Rage to load these on start up.  Only plugins in Grand Theft Auto V-->Plugins can be selected in the load on start  option in RPH.

You're welcome.

I hope you don't mind but you seem to know what you are talking about. I have another question I installed spotlight, cop holster, and sticky wheels and put them in my plugins folder in my main directory. the dll. files and the configuration setting and they just don't work. I don't get a notification the plugins have been loaded like with all my other plugins.

You have to manually load them yourself.  Open the Rage console and type "LoadPlugin", and you'll see a list of plugins you can load.

when i open the install files in win rar i have the two main spot light files (the dll. and the config) then i also have a visual settings folder. would i drop the visual settings in my open iv? and if did would it erase my radiance v settings?

You don't need to install the visualsettings from spotlight, assuming that's where it came from.

I'm almost positive you incorrectly installed these mods, because they should be in the plugins folder, and can be manually loaded.

I installed them in the same plugins folder that everything else is installed. Traffic policer, all my callouts, arrest manager, etc.

That's incorrect. :)  Some plugins have to be manually loaded, such as the spotlight plugin.  Please check the readmes for these mods, as they say where to install.

Please move spotlight to the primary plugins folder.

ok so here is what is in the readme "-Install RAGEPluginHook (Open Alpha - 0.56+). Not sure if it works with previous versions.
-Drop the "Spotlight.dll" file and "Spotlight Resources" folder into the "Plugins" folder in your game directory." I only know of one plug in folder (the one I was talking about earlier) is there another one maybe connected directly to ragehook that i'm missing? if I can just get this mod to load ill be all set. and maybe eup

I think something is getting lost in communication, lol.  Here, see my screenshot:

Notice how all my plugins in Plugins folder are non essential?  That's where spotlight and other non essentials should be.

Essentials such as callouts, Albo's mods (AM, Traffic Policer, etc) should be in main directory > Plugins > LSPDFR.

If you do not have an LSPDFR folder, just make it.  Make sure the name is in all caps.  Just LSPDFR

that's what I have been trying to do. but are you saying I just put the non essentials in the plugins folder. like not in a folder in the plugins folder but just in the plugins folder. (sorry I know that's sounds kinda confusing

It's not a waste of time at all, my friend.  We were all new to this at one point or another. :)
