Idk if this is possible but i've been wondering it for a while. I downloaded the CHP add-on pack(forgot the author) and i was wondering if it was possible to make them respond to calls etc?

Open the backup.xml located in GTA main folder-->lspdfr.  Find "state patrol", and for each jurisdiction, add in the hwaycar slots.

 

To edit, simply make a new line for each.

 

<Vehicle>hwaycar1</Vehicle>
<Vehicle>hwaycar2</Vehicle>

 

and so forth.  Important, remember to capitalize the V in Vehicle.  That is a requirement, otherwise your backup.xml will not work.

Yes it would, just make sure to add the heli under the appropriate section in the backup.xml!
