The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

Ive done everything. Ive done fresh installs of RHP but nothing works. When i Launch it it none of my plugins load and when i press F4 the console wont open, yes i have it set to F4. I tried launching it with the command line  of forced window mode and directx 11 and Lspdfr and for other plugins load but none of the other load. It gives me the EUP message but when i hit the key to open it, the menu doesnt open. The console also still does not open even with the command lines checked.
