hello,

ive being having problems with the loading and crashing etc..

this is what is happening: i try to load gtaiv but nothing happens so then i go to its directory and then try the shortcuts there, and then i click on

the one that just says gtaiv and then the conole thing comes up and thena error message appears and it says the application failed to initialize properly

and then i press ok and the error message goes.

ive used the G17 Media IV Diagnostics and it says this:

i honestly have download many C++ scripthooks and .NET scripthookthey have said out of date or something like that.

if i can try to provide any infoation to help with this problem i will also i have tried for many days and failed

PLEASE HELP!

BTW:im not certain but i think that i installed the 1.0.6.0 patch but im not certain.

and im also new to installing mods.

Patch your GTA IV to 1.0.7.0 . Since LCPDFR doesen't work with 1.0.0.0 . And instead of trying to launch the game thru icon "gtaiv" try using the one wich says "LaunchGTAIV", after installing the patch that is.

Tried it and socialclub loads up but when i try to launch it says sorry this version of gta.exe is not supported

or do i have to reinstall gtaiv for the patch to work?

EDIT: ive downloaded a version of scripthook.net but i go onto the G17 Media IV Diagnostics and it says found but out of date. and i think that its the latest version but im not sure. PLEASE HELP!!!!

EDIT: ive just installed the newer version of LCPDFR and the g17 thing says that its all installed thank you very much for your help.
