when i put the folder into the Grand Theft Auto folder and try to open it, my curser loads for 5 seconds and then nothing happens, i've tried to open the folder multiple times with the same results and I don't know how to fix it. Am I putting the right folder in? Did I download the wrong Rageplugin?

Can you post a screenshot of what you're talking about. A screenshot of your Entire GTAV Folder will help. Visuals are always good for helping people.
