I recently started playing GTA with all of the lspdfr mods. I went on and err fil pack 3 appeared. I have verified files integrity and every tutorial on youtube. I have deleted mods from OPEN IV and nothing seems to work. Please help me and give me any suggestion you can. I am open to anything. Please help.

If you've already verified game integrity, and removed everything modding wise, then either there's something still corrupt, or you did something in an incorrect way.
