It appears you have incorrectly installed one or all of Albo's plugins.  Make sure you read the readmes.

I checked the readmes and they're installed correctly.

The problem seems to be coming from Arrest Manager unable to load WorldDistricts.

Actually, LSPDFR was the problem so I reinstalled it with no plugins and now it crashes at startup with LSPDFR crashing multiple times. Not sure if Sam should take a look at it in the release of 0.4.

This isn't a bug with LSPDFR, it's a setting you have.

 

Command line option -enableCounterMeasuresAgainstOnlineVehicleRemoval is specified; enabling counter measures against removal of online vehicles in singleplayer.

 

Go into Rage's settings and uncheck this option.
