The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.
[16th April] LSPDFR Enhanced Preview has been updated to include a fix for users struggling to access the PD interior.

in the eup menu the name of the clothing is
MALE LSPD UNIFORM (SHORT SLEEVE)
to FREEMODE.
  Some genius can help me the id of this clothes already posted in several forum but no one knows or do not want to help me :(
