The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.
[16th April] LSPDFR Enhanced Preview has been updated to include a fix for users struggling to access the PD interior.

Sooo I was playing LSPDFR last night with no issues. I exited out of the game like I always do. Nothing out of the ordinary happened. 

I try to get on to play today and RPH keeps crashing whenever I try to play GTA V Through it. I can still get into GTA V through Steam, but RPH keeps crashing.

I haven't changed any files between last night and tonight. Any idea why this would start happening?
