The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

I have downloaded both RAGE and LSPDFR before, I have the most recent updates, and nothing seems to work. I have tried DirectX11 and Force Windowed, that doesn't work. I have tried modifying the actual ragepluginhook.ini file. None of that works, I have reinstalled multiple times. Please help me. I am running windows 10 home, GTX 1050 2gb, G4600. This is the steam version. The only mods I have are: LSPDFR, and RAGE.
