My light bars are not working?

So I recently installed this one car and everything works on like lights and the texture but my light bars don't light up at all. It is just completely black, while everything else lights up. I have scripthook5 installed, and I have ELS installed. (It's a ELS vehicle)

    Check your trainer.  Enable and disable tint, see if that fixes it.

    Window tint.  I believe your vehicle may be spawning with it, which is why the light bar is black.    Open your trainer-->vehicle options-->vehicle mods, set window tint to full, then non.  See if it fixes it.
