My ragehook F4 doesn't work and my game keeps crashing after i go on duty

 I tried everything. The RAGE Hook loads, everything looks fine and when I press F4, the game is paused but there is no console visible. After pressing F4 again the game goes on again. Any more ideas? I have quite a lot of Plugins as well Thanks.

    Go to the RagePluginHook Settings ---> Game settings ---> Command line switches check "Force Windowed mode" and "Force DirectX11" then save and launch.  You can change back to full screen once in game.
