Request Firefighter Mod

So unless I didn't use the proper search word. I couldn't find any up-to-date firefighter mods. The few I did find were either way out of date, discontinued or made for GTAIV

I would like to request a FireFighter mod where

firefighters use actual water hoses versus fire extinguishers to put out fires.

Ladders (someone would have to figure out how to get around any collisions, so you can go up the ladder)

Jaws of Life

Equipment Menu with all of the various tools a firefighter might use to engage a fire or help a person trapped in a car. 

A bag that contains Basic lifesaving tools like defibrillator, bandages, collars, meds

Ladder Control for the ladder truck (I have a plugin that makes the ladder move left, right, up, down, extend, retract and bucket up and down, but I will not share it without the authors permission. but would speak to the author about it if a developer requested it) also (again someone would have to figure out how to get around any collisions, so you can go up the ladder)

I'm just tossing stuff out there. I have no clue what all of the possibilities are. I'm not the first person to think up any of this obviously. As there have been plenty others probably requesting this stuff and/or a developer that has already done this before.  Just looking for something different, something you don't see a bunch of variations of.  Hoping someone out there would like a challenge and if not at least I can say I asked  and no harm has ever come from asking.

Anyone can feel free to add on to this. i'm sure I'm forgetting some things. I would just love to see become a reality.
