mod request or help

I was wondering if anyone knows where i can find the 2016 chevy express prisoner transport van and the 2015 charger  they are by different authors one by policesco and the other by jjdawkins. problem is neither vehicle seems to be available anymore. that is why I am asking if anyone knows where i can download either one or both? I want to use them in lspdfr. i alreayd tried to contact policesco via message no go. he didnt reply back . i was also wondering if anyone wanted to improve upon the prisoner transport van by using either chevy or ford and using the armor package that the vanilla one has for bullets and such on the front of the van or maybe making one which has off road capability or something. just something better for the prisoner transport since it is used in roadblocks sometimes.
