The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

So I'm having this problem with the plugins and RPH. The game starts fine (Most of the time) but the plugin list does not show up and when I get in game RPH does not open nor work properly. Thanks for taking the time to read this! Also put the log and picture in this if that helps.

Yeah I'm not sure, I re-installed the game and that doesn't seem to help

i figured it out the new LSPDFR already has rage plugin hook in it now.....must be a new thing so dont go to rage website just use the one that already inside LSPDFR
