Help I Can not use LSPDFR! ???

I recently tried to install LSPDFR, but as you can read in the title, it did not go as planned. When I entered GTA 5, police stations were on the map and I could come in and become a police officer.

But when I found the police car that I wanted to drive in, I got my first call on a shot episode. So I would like to leave quickly but I could not cope with the call when I pushed [Y].

But then another call came and again I could not accept the call.
So late today I find that all that you could do with / in LSPDFR I can not have I tried to reinstall LSPDFR but unsuccessfully.

And I could not open the Ragepluginhook menu even though I pressed F4. I have tried to fix this with the help of someone from this forum that gave me some tips to fix it. but neither did it help, so now I try to write here and then we have to see what happens.

I have made sure to have the latest Ragepluginhook.

I think it's annoying that others can use LSPDFR and I can not ???
and I have installed LSPDFR exactly as some youtuber has done.

Hope someone would try to help me.
